Terms of Use

Last updated: September 30, 2026

These terms apply to your use of our website and solar referral service. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Our role

We provide information and referrals. We are not a solar installer or financing company. Our content is general educational information, not an installation proposal, financing offer, or individualized legal, tax, or financial advice.

Quotes, pricing, and savings

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a quote, a provider match, financing approval, incentive eligibility, installation, or any particular price or savings. Availability and results depend on your property, energy use, utility requirements, provider terms, and other circumstances. Verify pricing, projected savings, incentives, and obligations before entering an agreement.

Third-party relationships

We share inquiries through a referral network with third-party solar installers and lead buyers. Those parties are responsible for their communications, quotes, financing arrangements, installation work, warranties, and services. Any agreement you enter with a provider is between you and that provider. A referral does not guarantee the provider's performance or suitability.

Using the site

Provide accurate information for inquiries you are authorized to make. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit another person's information without authorization. Our Privacy Policy explains how inquiry information and certification records are handled.

Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we provide the site and referral service as available, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, or accuracy. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory protections available under applicable law remain in effect.
