We provide solar information and referrals through this site. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit or submit a solar inquiry.

Information we collect

Our seven input fields collect your name, email, phone number, complete installation street address, city, postcode (ZIP code), and monthly electricity bill. We also collect your selected state, property ownership, property type, roof type, battery interest, and installation timeframe.

Your submission includes the landing page URL, its source identifiers, and a TrustedForm certificate URL. Browsing and certification services also process technical and interaction information described below.

How we use and share inquiries

We use your information to process your inquiry and arrange solar referrals. Submissions are forwarded to the lead aggregation service at fluid.delivery. Information is shared with third-party solar installers and lead buyers so they can evaluate your inquiry and follow up about solar options.

Leads are pooled across a network of affiliated sites. The sourceSiteName and sourceChannel identifiers identify where each submission originated. Your inquiry is therefore handled within a shared referral network, rather than solely on this website.

Installers and lead buyers handle information they receive under their own privacy practices. Their subsequent communications and services are separate from our website.

TrustedForm certification and session recording

We use TrustedForm, provided by ActiveProspect, to document the interaction associated with your submission. It captures a session recording, a page snapshot, and device fingerprint information, including browser and device details. Recording can include form entries and interactions before you submit, together with the page URL, IP address, and timestamps.

The resulting certificate is retained as a record of the submission and the disclosures presented. The certificate accompanies your lead and may be transferred to lead buyers for verification and recordkeeping.

Cloudflare and Vercel analytics

We use Cloudflare for site delivery and security and Vercel for hosting and analytics. These services process website traffic and technical information, such as page requests, browser and device information, and performance measurements, to operate, protect, and understand use of the site. Cloudflare analytics and Vercel analytics help measure traffic and site performance.

Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the requested quote service, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Certificate records may be retained for verification and compliance purposes. Third-party recipients apply their own retention practices.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent directly with any installer or lead buyer who contacts you by telling that caller or texter to stop. You can also decline to submit further inquiries through this site. For certificate data, follow ActiveProspect/TrustedForm's published notice linked above. These actions do not necessarily erase records already retained for legal or verification purposes.
